Shipments and returns
We currently process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the following business day. All orders for public holidays will be sent within the next 2 working days.
If your order has not arrived on the scheduled day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on the move and can be tracked on the courier website using the confirmation email data that you received once ordered.
NIO Cocktails has no responsibility for delays in delivery or non-delivery, although we will do everything possible to counter any missing deliveries.
In the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, NIO undertakes to postpone a new intact order at its own expense.
The goods returned to NIO Cocktails will be returned upon payment of new delivery charges charged by the buyer.
